– Commercially driven with strong sourcing, supplier management, and negotiation skills
– Ability to identify market trends and consumer insights
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute category strategies for private label products
– Lead product innovation from concept to launch
– Manage sourcing, supplier relationships, and negotiations
– Identify market trends and consumer insights to drive growth
– Build and manage a high-performing Skin & Personal Care product portfolio
